I conducted a presentation called “Food Justice and Food Security Now!”, which was an introduction to strategies of how we can expand this good food movement and provide access to healthy food for all.  We had a great conversation about the struggles to balance profitable farming with making healthy food affordable, and ended it with a presentation from Joan Norman of One Straw Farms about how they maintain a successful farm business while serving low-income people.  Don’t miss this conference next year!
